- All shipping errors on orders must be called in within 48 hours of purchase. Orders can only be canceled by customer service and cannot be canceled from the website. If you have any questions regarding your order, you should contact customer service prior to submitting your order. Please read our full Returns Policy.
- We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and we are unable to guarantee that any order will be able to be changed or canceled once the order has been shipped.
- All shipping errors on orders must be called in within 48 hours of purchase. If you do not report errors within the 48 hours we will not be responsible for shipping errors. (Entering wrong mailing address)
- Customer must have Invoice available for verification when contacting customer service regarding errors in their orders, once received. Refused/Undelivered packages (Returns Policy)
Please have your contact information correct as we may contact you if a package is returned or refused so we can help you rectify the problem with your order.
- The customer will receive a credit for the cost of the product invoice upon our receipt of the returned product. i.e (usps, fedex, ups returns your package to us as undelivered)
- This credit will be issued either as a refund to the credit card/ echeck used on the order. We will email you or call you with the information you provided us with: for returned products that are undeliverable.
- You will have to reorder products or update your mailing information for us to deliver your products again.
- Refunds processed to a credit card/ e-check can take 1-7 business days or more to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s policies regarding refunds.
- If package says it is delivered and you are not seeing it, please check your neighbors and surrounding areas and contact us so we can further help track your package.
- Refunds/credit will only be given within 30 days of original purchase date of items. Due to health reasons or other issues, not all products are returnable after 30 days from original purchase date.

- We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped with the correct product and arrive in the best condition possible.
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product or order issues may not be covered. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your product package or receive the incorrect product, please contact customer service for assistance. In most cases, the correct or replacement product will be sent out along with a return label for the return of the damaged or incorrect product.
- The product must be unused/unopened and opening or using damaged or incorrect product will be considered acceptance of the product received. If you choose to keep the product received, we will make adjustments to your account to reflect the correct pricing by issuing store credit or requesting to charge your card for any additional amount due.
- Verification such as pictures of the received damaged product may be requested to complete the credit. Please have your invoice available as we may require information from the invoice itself.
- If pictures show damage to your order/ we will ship a new order fullfillment as soon as possible at no cost to you within the 48 hour time frame of reciept.

After 30 Days Of Purchase Date Return Policy
- The product must be unopened and unused for credit. Due to health reasons or other issues, not all products are returnable. CBD Ingestable oils are not returnable after 30 days from purchase date.
- The customer will receive a credit for the cost of the product upon our receipt of the returned product. This credit will be issued as a refund to the credit card or echeck used on the order. Refunds processed to a credit card/e-check can take 1-7 business days or more to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s policies regarding refunds. See terms of additional cost below on returned products:
- There is a $5.00 restocking fee for returns after 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The cost of shipping is not refundable and any return cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility to pay after 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Opened products are not returnable or refundable. Opening and using product will be acceptance of product received. No refunds are given after 30 days of origional purchase date on opened products.
